Men’s Convention 2012
What a blast we had in our Men Convention! This weekend every Man of God spoke to our hearts. The theme of this year’s convention was Men Who Understand The Times. The foundational scripture for the theme can be found in 1 Chronicles 12:32, And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment. Pastor Leaks preached a sermon on Friday night entitled Men Who Understand The Times and Are Skillful. He began to let God’s people know that by putting understanding and skill together, it will allow you to walk into the provision God has for your life. Apostle Colton told us Saturday morning It’s Time To Move Forward. This Man of God let us know that the things we are praying and asking God to do for us, He has already empowered us to do them. Elder Harriston encouraged our hearts on Sunday to be Men In The Will Of God. The Word of God on that day let us know that if we continue to operate in the perfect will of God and align with the purpose he as predestined for us, God would not withhold anything from us. True deliverance rested in the Tab during this Men’s Convention. I am a happy Pastor, as you can tell, because the members of my congregation were healed, delivered, and set free.
